IT Manager (m/f/d) – Join Our Team in Bremen

Responsibilities 

• Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including network administration and IT support. 

• Oversee data center operations and supplier management. 

• Ensure the security and efficiency of our IT systems. 

• Collaborate with dedicated operational staff to develop and implement IT solutions. 

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve IT processes and systems. 

Candidate Profile 

We value a range of applicable knowledge and skills, but more importantly, a willingness to expand your horizon, adapt to new challenges, and work independently. Here are examples of skills we are looking for. 

• Completed training as an IT specialist or equivalent experience. 

• Strong team and communication skills. 

• Willingness to learn new areas and deepen existing knowledge. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 / SharePoint administration. 

• Experience with client and server systems (Windows and Linux). 

• Knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL and PostgreSQL). 

• Network management expertise. 

• Experience with hardware firewalls and server virtualization is a plus. 

• Familiarity with additional programming languages is advantageous. 

• Sufficient language skills in both German and English.
