Clinical Research Associate Trainer (CRA Trainer)

We are currently looking to strengthen our Clinical Monitoring team in Bremen. As we are also giving people with high potential but little working experience the chance to start a career as CRA, we would like to expend our trainer team by an experienced CRA or CRA Trainer who will train Junior CRAs. We are searching for somebody with a passion for clinical monitoring and people.

In this international business, you need to speak and write German and English fluently. A third language is appreciated. Our Clinical Research Associates provide clinical research study support according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of GCP-Service or Sponsor, ICH/GCP Guidelines and the national laws and regulations.

A CRA Trainer can work from home or in our German office. You can expect 50% travel working time throughout Europe. The salary will depend on your performance. This gives us the chance to pay good people better compared to our competitors.

Core responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Clinical Monitoring team as mentor and coach
  • Train and supervise Junior CRAs
  • Increase the effectivity of the CRA team
  • Assess the performance and effectivity of the CRAs during the preparation, onsite and Follow-up time of visits
  • Ensure a high quality in the CRA team via effective training
  • Ensure a good understanding of the quality and regulatory requirements within the CRA team

Qualifications needed:

  • At least 5 years of all kinds of clinical monitoring visits incl. remote monitoring, start-up activities, site contract negotiation
  • Experience as CRO employee
  • Understanding of SOPs, WIs, local regulations as well as ICH-GCP guidelines.
  • Excellent presenter/teacher
  • Group leading experience
