With electronic tools imbedded in our core thinking, we tailor processes and data capture for risk management  to allow awareness and  monitoring of quality risk as they occur at the site enabling fast decision-making on CAPAs, keeping deviations at bay, where they cannot be prevented.

The increasing complexity of clinical studies and conduct of international trials requires a set of vendors like central lab, IMP deport, central evaluation center, translation agency and suppliers (centrifuges, fridges, sterile labels, pregnancy tests), which is handled by the Project Manager.

The GCPS team identifies adequate vendors​ & suppliers, manages the sub-contracting, budget negotiation and budget control​; provides necessary training and awareness of the project needs and keeps vendor oversight.
