International Project Manager

We are expanding our team and are looking for a proactive, dynamic Project Manager who wants to join a creative and motivated team of Project Managers in Bremen or Prague for office presence but we are open to remote work for exceptional candidates. Our Project Managers should be team players with a strong service provider and leadership attitude. We are looking for people who love to work with modern software, to solve problems and who are willing to learn continuously. In this context, we are looking for a candidate who understands the importance of the following:

• Taking responsibility for steering the clinical studies through all expected and unexpected milestones
• Keep the oversight of study risks, budget, timelines, vendors and streamline the work and results of international teams
• Having the confidence to present study status, issues and solution in front of clients
• Being able to think outside the box and finding creative solutions

  Your profile:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in clinical research, preferably in a CRO
• Excellent communication and self-management skills
• Business fluent level in spoken and written English (and German preferred).
• Experience in Project Management or taking over Project Leadership
